Ye2 is derived from the isiXhosa word "yethu", which echoes a collective connotation. This concept is often referred to as "mohodisana" in seSotho, "kuholisana" in isiZulu or "gooi-gooi" in Afrikaans.
The App facilitates the following;
a.) Onboarding of community members through the sign-up process.
b.) The collection of membership fees, where such fees are applicable, using the subscriptions feature under "Membership".
c.) The collection of any other membership or community related monies where applicable.
d.) The recruitment of other members, where applicable, via the referral feature under "Membership".
e.) Communication with community members via the Inbox feature. These messages may include promotional content from community leaders, support and technical related messages from InfoByte Technologies or Third Parties that the community leader has given consent.
f.) Reporting of recruitment information via the Dashboard feature for communities that offer recruitment incentives.
g.) Management of a community members profile using the "Account" feature.
h.) Reselling of VAS (value added services) at discounted rates to community members who are interested via the "Promos" feature.
i.) Unique community terms and conditions which are linked to the communitys group code/pin.
